Sales Account Manager

Currently we are searching for a Sales Account Manager to join our sales team in Germany. In this role, you will report to the Sales Team Manager and will be mainly responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing the sales accounts strategy. The role handles potential and existing customers to present sales proposals, inform them of product benefits and features, and negotiate prices.

We are looking for an independent and proactive person with 4+ years of relevant experience in field sales account management, responsible for meeting customers, selling-, UPselling- and xSelling a wide range of products, ideally in the payments industry.

 

Your area of responsibility

  • Proactively identify and initiate new sales opportunities to improve sales performance
  • Develop and maintain strong and successful relationships with clients
  • Sell the company’s products and services to customers within your given territory (sell, upsell, Xsell…)
  • Develop a strong pipeline with corrective actions and reporting
  • Participate in wider projects 

 

About you

  • Proven relevant field sales experience of at least 4 years as a Sales Account Manager in the industry preferred
  • Communication skills in English, native German 
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation techniques
  • Strong planning, communication and organizing ability
  • Sales pipeline and full cycle management
  • Able to travel frequently
  • Strong customer focus
